Regions Division Executive Assistant
The Assistant maintains a close and highly responsive relationship of the day-to-day work activities of the Executive Vice President of Regions and the Regions team. The Executive Assistant exercises a considerable amount of judgment to make responsible decisions.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience functioning in an executive or administrative assistant role
- Project management experience preferred
- Overseas (missions) experience
- Familiarity with software such as MS Office and SharePoint
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize requests
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and computational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player; able to work remotely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Personal:
- Mature Christian experience, sound judgment and professional skill

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist Vice President of Regions and Regions Team in administration.
Duties:
- Manage travel bookings and expenses for VP and Regions Team members
- Assist with storage and development of documents
- Schedule meetings and take minutes as needed; track action items and keep VP of Regions and Regions Team up to date on status of key initiatives and tasks
- Facilitate internal communication
- Regularly review and maintain organized filing within Teams and/or SharePoint as it pertains to the regions and their projects
- Update and maintain databases with accurate member information and changes
- Other duties as assigned.
